Scope This policy applies to stickers, custom stickers, vinyl decals, cups/tumblers with vinyl, custom etched glass, t‑shirts, notepads, and similar personalized or printed goods sold by Made By Daisy Blooms.
Returns & Exchanges
- Non‑custom items: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Refunds issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- Custom/personalized items: Final sale and non‑returnable unless defective or we made an error.
- Items that have been applied, altered, or used (e.g., applied decals, used tumblers): Non‑returnable unless defective or damaged in transit.
Defects, Damage, or Wrong Item
- Report defects, damage, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Email your order number and photos to madebydaisyblooms@gmail.com.
- We will replace the item, issue a full refund, or provide store credit at our discretion. Return shipping for defective/wrong items will be covered by us.
How to Start a Return
- Email madebydaisyblooms@gmail.com with your order number, item name, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- Do not return items without return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds & Processing
- We will inspect returns and notify you within 3–7 business days of receipt.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Change of mind: customer pays return shipping; item must be returned in original condition. A restocking fee of 20% may be applied depending on the product.
- Defective/wrong item: we pay return shipping.
- International returns: customer responsible for return shipping and customs unless return is due to our error.
Inspection & Denial
- Returns that are damaged, used, or missing required packaging may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet this policy.
Exchanges & Repairs
- Exchanges handled like returns—contact us to confirm availability.
- We may offer repair or remake for defects instead of a refund.
Non‑returnable Items
- Personalized/custom items (unless defective), applied/altered items, clearance/final sale items, and digital/downloadable products.
